Delivery & Returns

All orders within the United Kingdom will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class.

Please note: European postage is a flat rate trackable fee of £16. We do not ship outside of the UK and Europe.

In the event upon posting that the carriage is less than the £16.00 payed we will always refund the difference to you so that you are only charged actual postage.

In the unlikely event that the postage charge is higher than the £16.00 payed we reserve the right to contact you with a view of paying the additional charge. Alternatively you will be given the option for a full refund and cancellation of your order.

The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. We aim to despatch all orders within two working days, provided stock items are available. A working day is any day other than weekends and UK Bank or other local public holidays. The majority of parcels are despatched by First Class Royal Mail within the UK. Delivery time should be one to two working days after leaving our premises. However The Craftz Boutique is not liable for the service (or lack of) by Royal Mail or any courier/mail service that we use. A package is not deemed "lost" by Royal Mail until 15 working days has passed after the posting date. If after checking with your sorting office, neighbours etc. the package still has not arrived after 15 days, we will replace the missing goods. We know this is frustrating, but Royal Mail make the rules, not us, and to send all mail via courier would double postage charges.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our contol, The Craftz Boutique will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit you any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, The Craftz Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered through resaonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, The Craftz Boutique will inform you as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

We at The Craftz Boutique take great care to ensure that you will be delighted with your order and we count this as our number one priority. However, should any item be unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange or refund (minus 20% restocking fee) within 7 working days of receipt. Please contact us, by email, prior to returning the goods to us. If a case arises whereby an item needs to be returned this needs to be in an as-new / unopened condition and items will then need to be returned at your expense.

In the rare event of goods being faulty, these must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us, by email, to let us know of any problems before returning goods. The cost of returning the faulty item will be refunded. Goods must be returned by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved.
