Conditions of Use

This document sets out your rights and obligations and those of The Craftz Boutique in relation to the purchase of products and services through this website. Statutory rights are not affected. By ordering a product you do accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and it is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions regularly before placing an order in case there are any changes.

Images and Pictures

We have made every effort to try and ensure that the images of the products, descriptive matter and size specifications contained in this site are as accurate as possible and are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods available. If an exact colour match or pattern is vital we recommend that you contact us directly as images may be limited by the screen settings of your own moniter screen.

We have also made every effort to ensure that the products listed on the website as being in stock are actually available for purchase. If on receipt of your order, the item(s) you have ordered are not available, The Craftz Boutique will inform you as soon as possible and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. We will not place out of stock items on backorder. In the event that any item that you do order is out of stock we will refund the cost of the item. Your invoice will show details of items out of stock and monies refunded.

Using our Store

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our extensive range of items, then click 'buy now' to add these to your shopping cart. If you require more than one of any items merely change the quantity to suit, this can be done on the shopping cart screen.

Once you have finished your shopping simply click on 'Basket' at the top of the screen and click the 'checkout' button.

If you are an existing customer you can log in with your account details. If however, you have not shopped with us before you will be asked to create an account. Once you have created your account, you can view the status of any orders by logging in and clicking 'View order history' under 'My account'.

Minimum Order Value

We have a minimum order value of £5.00.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards for online ordering:
Mastercard, Visa, Maestro (Solo) and Switch

Please note that your credit card details are collected on a secure server operated by Pay Pal and our staff do not have access to your card details. Your card will only be debited after your order has been assembled and is ready for despatch.

If you wish to pay by cheque, print the checkout page and send this to us with your cheque (Payable to: The Craftz Boutique). Please allow 5 working days for processing and clearance from the date of receipt of your cheque. Your goods will be despatched once your cheque has cleared.

If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom your card company will convert the transaction into your own currency and as such, the amount that you will pay will be based on the banks exchange rate at the time of processing your order.

Pricing of products are correct at the time of appearing on the website but we do reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This will not effect any order made by you prior to any such changes.

Post and Packing

We will endeavor to despatch all instock orders withing 24 to 48 hours, but this time scale cannot be guarenteed. Please consult the Delivery and Returns page for full conditions.

Terms and Conditions

We set out the following points that you should understand and agree to before placing an order.

Nothing in this online store should be construed as a legal contract or agreement. In laymens terms you are effectively saying 'I would like to purchase these products if possible' and we, The Craftz Boutique, are saying 'we would like to sell these to you'. However, the following factors could have a negative effect on such a transaction taking place.

Although our online store shows instock items, occasionally, one or more items could be unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. If part of your order depends on the availablility of one or more items please let us know immediately. We could be experiencing technical difficulties receiving or processing your order. Therefore, please always ensure that we have the correct contact information needed to enable us to contact yourselves. If we cannot contact you, for whatever reason, then your order will be cancelled. Your payment might not be honoured. We reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and expenses occured in doing so.
